"You are your best thing." - Toni Morrison
Hello, my name is Brittany Aristide. I am a Black female therapist serving individuals virtually across Ontario, including Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Ottawa, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and bring over 10 years of experience in the social services field. I began working in mental health following my experience in youth engagement and child welfare. That work gave me real, hands-on insight into the continued gaps in quality Black mental health care and redirected me back to my passion for mental health and wellness.

“Everything you desire is sitting on the other side of fear.” -George Addair
Hello, my name is Denise Johnson. I am a Black female therapist serving individuals across Ontario, including Ottawa, Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
I believe choosing to heal or work through a life challenge, can be scary, but on the other side of that fear is the life you have always imagined for yourself, your family, your community. Will the process be easy? Not likely, but will it be worth it? I believe so.

"Just like there’s always time for pain, there’s always time for healing” -Jennifer Brown
Hello, my name is Matt-Trill Chambers. I am a Black male therapist serving individuals, couples, and families across Ontario, including Ottawa, Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
I believe if pain is a common thing we all experience, then healing is something we should also be allowed to experience. A person may not have any control over the cause of the pain they experience; however, they can get to decide to engage in the healing process.

Hello, my name is Simone Donaldson. I am a Black female therapist serving individuals, couples, and families across Ontario, including Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Ottawa, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
I believe that we often forget that we already possess the answers , strengths, and capability to navigate difficult times, and my hope is to guide people to and through these answers. I also believe if we reminded ourselves that we are inherently valuable and created for a purpose, we would tap into our most healed selves, allowing us to thrive.
