As a Black mental practitioner, I know all too well the experience of not feeling heard, seen, or valued. I See You is a 5 month commitment, that will leave you feeling confident, skilled, and liberated. At the conclusion of each cohort, we will meet in person for a debrief meal to connect, celebrate, and embrace each other's growth!!!
